Step 3: Preparation
Come to the program with 0 resistance. Be open to all that is possible to reap the full benefits. Fully participate in the break out groups throughout the day. Don't be driving or walking. Be at your computer with a good connection. Be vulnerable so your brain can let go of shame – one of the biggest reasons people hide their personal challenges. Finally, make arrangements to not be disturbed by bad internet connections, food, water, children, pets or anything that might tug at your attention. There will be a few breaks throughout the day but don't distract yourself with things that will take you out of the energy field we will be creating. Remove all obstacles to your learning and receive the benefits.
